Thank you to every one's warm wishes and prayers for my sister Heidi and her family. This has really been a hard time for all of us. We were all looking forward to having another little girl in the Pettingill family! Today they had a small graveside service for Lyla. After people said a few things Tim dedicated the grave. Then we went back to my mom's for a BBQ and swim. Tim and Heidi wanted it to be like a birthday party. It was great to see all of the support from Heidi and Tim's friends and family. We are so blessed with all of these wonderful people and support in our lives!!
*** I have to add a side note to the last post. I was talking to friends who lived back in D.C. for a few years and they said that the Temple actually DOES have windows. It is actually that the granite is cut so thin that the light comes through to the inside in the daytime, and you can see the glow from the inside lights at nighttime. CRAZY!
