Signed, sealed and almost delivered

Jason has a cramp in his hand from signing all the documents but we finally closed on our new home! To have and to pay for from this day forward. Actually, since we were the 1 millionth customer the bank said we don't have to make any payments. Or, was that the dream I had last night.

I am so excited I can hardly stand it. Well, nervous and anxitey ridden are more like the words I should use.
