This year's Super Bowl party was enhanced with my Sister-In-Law Jill needing to practice her Mini-Pedi's. Really, she didn't have to ask me twice. She even practiced on my little nieces Annie and Katie. While they were getting theirs done Addison decided she needed in on this priceless piece of girl time. She pulled of her shoes and socks faster than she ever has in the past. She kept inching her way up to the tub and dipping her toes in.
Then it was time to put both feet in.
We then decided to get her a chair so she didn't fall into the water. She did anyway, even after rolling up her sleeves and pant legs. Splashing around getting Annie, and the floor, all wet.
She is really into the action and gets ready for her turn.
So we put her up on the chair after Annie was done so Jill could paint her toes. Only she wants to do it herself. She wants to do EVERYTHING herself.
So Jill gives her a little lip gloss brush, dips it in the water and Addison proceeds to beautify herself.
When it was time for her to be done and let Mommy have her turn there was an epic meltdown. It didn't help that she didn't have a nap today. Also, see that second molar back there? Yeah, she's getting two more of those. Good times.
