The first bath without tears

I don't know why Addison hates the tub so much. We have had the deluxe, super duper shower since she was born and so we always just hop in there with her. Easy and convenient. Except for when it's not. And then we would like to give her a bath. Upon dipping her foot into the water, however, she would elicit screams that only Bentley could hear. She wants NOTHING to do with the tub. Jason has tried to get in there with her. I have tried to get in there with her. Bringing in the plethora of bath toys to the point where she couldn't even see the bath water didn't even help. Summer just isn't going to be fun if she freaks out getting into the pool.

So we decided to see if getting in the tub with big brother would help. Let her see that bath time was fun. Well Brendan told me when the shower was done "I never want to take a bath again!" He loves the shower too- so trying to get him to take a bath was a feat in itself. We finally talked him into it- telling him it would be so much fun. And that he could have a treat after. It worked! Now Brendan wants to bath with her again tonight!
